  Friendly and welcoming staff. This restaurant with a balcony with sea views out to La Gomera was a lovely unexpected find. The entrance was hidden down the side of the building and initially did not look much. However once inside it was a pleasant surprise. The staff were helpful throughout and the food was exceptional. I'd recommend anyone to try this restaurant early in your stay, just in case you want a second visit.

  We were shown to a table with superb views by a waitress who is Italian and was so welcoming and could not do enough for us the same applies to the head waiter.

  I'm a picky eater and trust me when I say that this place is superb. The entrance is deceiving, but the terrace on the ocean is lovely and quiet. Service is friendly and impeccable. Had the langostinos Danieli, the portion is not big but they were perfect. The house white was also just right. Definitely recommended. Ps the banana flambe is sublime.

  As you walk in to the restaurant you pass the open kitchen where the freshly cooked food can be seen being prepared by the chefs you then pass through wooden swing saloon type doors shaped as ships wheel entering the main inside restaurant.

  The restaurant is located next to HiperDino Express Supermarket not far from Hotel Barceló Santiago.

  El Barco de Nino has excellent views overlooking the ocean towards La Gomera and wonderful sunsets in the evening.
