  On the second time i tried to book for a good price, they did not confirmer booking, did not contacted me. Website shows that car is available, but in fact seems like not.

  We booked car 1 month in advanced. Should be available at 8AM, but first off all people from rental service were late and on the end surprised we have reservation. After checks, they said there is no car for us and it would be available after 45 miniutes or maybe 1h45min but they don't know. Lady was rude, had no issues that we have booking but they have no car, they totalny don't care. After short argue she proposed other car, much smaller with other category saying the price would be same, as it is our decision to change category and not wait. On the end was surprised we decided to resign from their services. The are few other rental companies 20 meters away, where we recived car immediatelly and 30% cheaper.

  Please save your life and read this!!! The car was dirty inside and life dangerouse technical condition. We almost died therefore at Anaga mountains. The worst client servise what ever seen in my life. Never, never, never recommended! Laughed at our face at airport office and the officer and when we ask his name, he just teld is: Mr. Orlando...

  DO NOT HIRE FROM HERE, this rent a car service doesn't actually exist in Los gigiantes. the location it claims to be based at is actually a fenced off field at the end of a road.

  First time we booked a car for a good price, when came to get it, they said we have to pay full insurance as we got VISA DEBIT card. But nothing was said about that while booking.
