  Had a lovely three weeks here. Evening entertainment is a bit week but the animation team do a lot of work for you during the day. Thanks to Marco, Irish, Brenda and the team. Food is good and plentiful. Our apartment (145) was very well placed on the ground floor for all activities, though decor is a little tired. Nearly all have views of the pool areas as there are none of the sea.

  Where can I start. Good points 1st. Clean pool areas good choice of drinks Poolside restaurant ...bad points . Most of the staff are rude. Poor food choices. Some days no rooms are cleaned including fresh towels. Definitely not suitable for disabled people. And signs of lack of maintenance. Definitely will not be staying here again. Otherwise it is a stunning resort

  The lobby and hotel grounds are very nice and well kept, the apartment let's down the overall standard of the building. The apartments are spacious and have nice beds but the standard of the kitchen is low with minimal cooking utensils and no oven. I would recommend bringing your own cooking equipment. Overall a good place to stay.

  Really lovely hotel. Very clean. Could do with a bit of a revamp in the rooms , but as far as a 3* goes ....it's good. Shame the pools are not heated in the winter months. And I really can't believe that this day and age they can't put pads on the bottom of furniture to stop the the scrapping noise across the floors ( so annoying )) grrr.. but fab holiday can't complain

  We (2 adults two kids) did a week all inclusive in October and paid approx £1400, which I would say is "cheap". With that in mind the hotel gave us everything we expected and more. Food was quite good, staff always helpful but the dining was too busy at key times and became frustrating. Building works were no intrusion at all, and the animation team did a great job. For a no frills good value well it was great. If you're expecting 5* facilities you may be disappointed. We would happily return for a similarly low price.
